Junior Sales Representative

Looking for an opportunity to join the high tech industry?

We are looking to expand our sales department and add on an ambitious Jr Sales representative to our team to handle incoming and existing leads and travel to global conferences for face to face interaction.

As Jr Sales Representative you will play an instrumental role in helping the Sales Team achieve key performance targets. From lead qualification to high value client base – you will help manage the sales funnel, drive revenue and growth for the company.

To succeed as a Junior Sales Representative you must be extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills, love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face. You show an eagerness to learn technology basics and are a hard worker with a strong sense of urgency.

Job description

●  Manage incoming leads flow
Qualify incoming leads from all channels and campaigns and prepare prospect overview summaries.
Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Sales Executives / Product Managers.
Become a brand ambassador by getting to know the Cellxpert product and story.
Update all leads, contacts and notes in the CRM.
Follow up with all leads and convert them into the active prospects in the sales funnel.
Generate ongoing activity reports.

●  Manage existing lead flow
Keep notes, contact information, reports and dashboards in CRM up-to-date. Build and maintain a profitable sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospects, prepare commercial offerings and contracts.
Client hand-over to onboarding team and all relevant departments.

●  Conference Workflow
Research potential attendees – create leads accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders.
Reach out to C Level delegates and exhibitors and coordinate meetings at conferences.
Facilitate event management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Be flexible to travel to conferences with the sales team.

Requirements

●  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

●  2 or more years working in a sales environment

●  Previous experience as a Sales, Marketing or Business Development Coordinator – an advantage

●  Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills

●  Native English speaker or equivalent (oral and writing) – Must

●  Extreme attention to detail

●  Ability to maintain focus and prioritization in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

●  Experience with Hubspot / Monday an advantage
